POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a real estate sales professional to facilitate sales of our custom homes by providing guidance to buyers while determining their needs and financial abilities. This Salesperson will serve as the primary contact for incoming leads as well as prospecting within the local community and among local real estate agents to generate leads of their own. This position will work closely with the buyer, in house architectural designer, and a New Home Concierge that will service the buyer from contract through close.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualify prospective buyers’ while assessing their needs to suggest appropriate homesite and floorplan options
  • Coordination of site visits with prospective buyers to demonstrate floorplans and orientation of homes to best meet their needs
  • Discuss the benefits of building a custom home and educating buyers on the process
  • Educating prospective buyers on the construction loan process
  • Enter all prospective buyers and buyer's agents into CRM system 
  • Follow-up with prospective buyers via appointments, phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of loan products that are available in the marketplace for prospective buyers.
  • Maintain relationship with Realtor community by actively seeking new business and Realtor relationships.
  • Create Self-Generated leads through individual marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with in house sales team to manage real estate transactions.
  • Earning Opportunities $100k-$150k/year

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold a Current Arizona Real Estate License in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a New Home sales environment and/or a proven track record in luxury homes sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferable
  • Required to work a full-time schedule including each weekend with 2 consecutive week days off
  • Must have a clean late model vehicle in good working condition that will be used during daily work activities to and from residential properties
  • Must have a laptop computer and cell phone to use for work purposes.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting and selling luxury homes. This includes marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques.
  • Ability to easily build rapport with prospective clients and real estate professionals.
  • Ability to speak to others in a manner that conveys information efficiently and effectively.
  • Critical listening and response skills. Ability to uncover our clients wants and needs and direct the sales conversation with relevant questioning.
  • Driven, motivated, results oriented salesperson that can effortlessly get to the close with every prospective buyer.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proven record for developing professional and productive work relationships with others
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word, web and email communications, and database-driven sales information systems.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment / entrepreneurial atmosphere

COMPANY BIO

Green Street Communities, INC is a custom luxury home builder & residential developer that focuses on urban infill projects in the Arcadia, Central Phoenix, Biltmore, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.

We offer design-build services to our custom clients with projects typically between 3,500 to 6,500 SF and values between 1 to 4mil.

Since our inception 5 years ago we have developed small subdivisions ranging in size from 4 to 21 lots consisting primarily of single-family detached homes and one attached townhouse project.

The price range of the homes in these developments has been between 400K to 2mm with more than 100 homes sold. In 2017 we delivered 29 homes with an average value of more than 800K and are forecasting 41 homes for 2018.
